Alorino Jr.

Actor, director, comedian and TV personality Alorino Jr. is perhaps best known for his stand-up comedy and his many characters. His comedy shows are filled with stories from his childhood, adolescence and everyday life, often combining stand-up comedy , parody and his beloved character creations. Born in Tibagi, in the interior of Paraná, he studied theater in Curitiba and then moved to Rio de Janeiro to study TV and Cinema.

Appearing in prominent TV shows in Brazil such as “Faustão”, “Ratinho”, “A Praça é Nossa”, Alorino is a key figure in the Brazilian humor genre. Alorino received the “RISADARIA” award in 2016 and is widely recognized as one of the best character creators in Brazil, with millions of views on his social media videos.

In 2015, Alorino won the “PB Procura” award from Grupo BS (Globo), an award given to only one of 500 comedians, which led to being cast in the comedy show “Pretinho Básico” on Rede Atlântida de Rádio. His career continued to rise with his role in the 2016 “Premio Multishow de Humor”, as well as being a finalist in “Quem chega lá?” in the TV show “Domingão do Faustão”.

Alorino currently hosts the top-rated TV show in Paraná, “Salada Mista”, which won the award for “Best Regional Program” by the UOL portal.
