Edson began his career on the comedy stage in 2008 and since then he has been hosting shows in theaters and in all of Brazil’s major comedy Clubs.

With his sarcastic and satirical humor, quick wit and ability to improvise, Edson discusses themes such as relationships, pets, adult life and, of course, himself.

In addition to his stand-up, his shows include topics that could be considered politically incorrect, with illustrations and songs played live on the piano.

He has participated in several TV shows such as “Altas Horas”, “Programa do Jô”, “Tudo é Possível”, “Programa Raul Gil”, “Agora é Tarde”, and has been interviewed on radio stations including Band News, Radio CBN, Cultura FM and Radio Rock. Edson was also part of the cast of the second season of the humorous “Chamado Central”, broadcast by Multishow and was featured on Comedy Central’s 2018 stand-up season.

Edson has two comedy specials available on YouTube: “Edson Jr –Part 1” and “A Busca da Joada Perfeita”. His first album comedy is available on Spotify called “Salgadinhux, A Delicious and Crunchy Comedy Show” with jokes and original musical compositions.
