Comedian Léo Lins was born in Rio de Janeiro before moving as a teenager to Curitiba, Paraná.

He used humor to break the ice with the locals in his new town. Leo started formally writing jokes in 2001 while in college.

In 2004, he was master of ceremonies at the Brazilian Congress of Magicians. Since then he never left the stage and has performed more than a thousand shows throughout his career.

Léo participated in shows such as “Quem Chega Lá”, on Domingão do Faustão and “The Noite” with Danilo Gentili, and wrote various books that have been some of the most influential resources for new comedians.
